My name's Luke Hannon, GD Events, making it real.
Our school P&C connected with Grace to help with the planning and coordination of our school fete, the first in 5 years due to COVID. From the time we were first in touch with Grace to the actual day of the fete, we had approximately 5 months, which is not a lot of time for such a major event with up to 3000 people in attendance.
Grace was very professional and organised and was able to create and design the concept and theme for our fete very quickly. This included the production of all promotional and marketing material which looked fantastic! Grace managed all our external vendors from start to finish, from recruitment, planning, coordination and communications with vendors leading up to the day, as well as the bump in and bump out schedule on the day.
Grace was always on hand to respond to our questions and queries at any time and just a lovely person to work with and very professional and skilled at what she does. This was reflected in the success of the event and the feedback we received from the school community. Thank you so much Grace for your wonderful service!

To anyone wanting to get their own personal branding displayed at its best, I highly recommend Grace. She alleviated all my stress as this was my first expo. She took charge of everything for me from mood board to getting our correct branding across. Getting all the props needed. Everything was well communicated and she was able to see my vision of what I wanted and bought it to life.
