What we do
with your details.

Short, because there is not much to it. We collect very little and we do not share any of it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site, or send us by email or telephone. That is usually your name, your email address, sometimes a phone number, and whatever you tell us about what you are planning.

This site does not use advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you.

What we do with it

We reply to you. If you have registered interest in a journey, we will let you know when one opens. That is the whole of it.

We do not sell your details, rent them, trade them, or pass them to anyone for marketing. Where a supplier needs your name to deliver something you have engaged us for — a venue needing a guest list, for instance — we share only what that supplier needs and nothing else.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are held by our website host and in our own records. Our systems are protected by access controls and the details are seen only by Grace.

How long we keep it

As long as it is useful to the conversation, and no longer. Ask us to delete your details and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it. Write to info@gdevents.com.au and we will deal with it ourselves.

GD Events Group handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. If that does not resolve it, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
